A dream of your favorite beach where you were the happiest in your life.
You would watch the sailboats out beyond the break or just fall asleep on your blanket listening to the waves crashing and the seagulls squawking.
The lifeguard was always under the natural made umbrella on his platform and of course there would be a girl or two trying to converse with him, but he always kept his eyes on the water.
With the daily hustle and bustle of work and traffic your mind just wanders to this beach and almost instantly your body begins to relax.
