Pelican Beach

Pelican Beach is one of my favorites with this wonderful trio of Pelicans standing on a sandy beach, the waves from the sea rushing toward their feet, the textured clouds in the sky with the sun shining though. What a perfect afternoon to be sitting on your blanket enjoying this spectacle.

Pelicans are a genus of large water birds that makes up the family Pelecanidae. They are characterized by a long beak and a large throat pouch used for catching prey and draining water from the scooped up contents before swallowing. They have predominantly pale plumage
